These Terms of Use are the agreement between you and The Beautiful Game for the use of our fantasy sports app and website at tbgfantasy.com. Please read them. By creating an account or using the app you accept these terms.
The Beautiful Game is a free fantasy sports app for drafting teams with friends in private, invite-only leagues. When you create an account you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
The only content you create is short text: your display name, your team name in each league, and the names of leagues you create. That text can be seen by the other members of your league.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Display names, team names and league names must never be offensive, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, or used to impersonate another person, team, or organization. Do not harass, bully, or abuse other members. There is no warning period for this. We may remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that breaks this rule, without notice and at our sole discretion.
Every member can report a name they find objectionable, from the league screen or the draft screen in the app, and can block another user so that user's names are hidden from them. You agree not to misuse these tools, for example by filing false reports.
We review every report and act on it within 24 hours. Acting on a report can mean removing the content, ejecting a participant from a league, or terminating an account. We keep a record of reports so we can moderate fairly. Our decisions about content and accounts are final.
The Beautiful Game is for fun. There is no real-money wagering, no betting, no prizes, and nothing here costs money. Drafts, scores and standings are for entertainment among friends, and no part of the app is a gambling service. Anything you and your friends arrange outside the app is entirely your own business and not part of this service.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, in particular the zero-tolerance rule above. Some records may be kept as needed to run leagues you belonged to and to keep our moderation fair.
If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated terms.
